글 모르는 귀신 없다 Even ghosts can read

This proverb reminds the listener that since even a spirit can read, a person should learn to read and write and so pave the way for their future. (귀신도 글을 알고 있은즉, 사람이라면 마땅히 글을 배워서 자신의 앞길을 닦아야 한다는 말.)
