Shillim Station (신림역, 新林驛, new.forest.station) is a station on line 2 of the Seoul subway. It is next to Bongcheon and Shindaebang Station.

Shillim Station, on line 2, is a lively little area. Around the station there is a mix of residential areas, schools and shops. There is a Lotte Department Store nearby (exit 6), Renaissance Shopping Mall (exit 7) several Western restaurants, and two cinemas. There is a small stream nearby however that eventually finds its way into the Anyangcheon.
The area behind exits 3 and 4 contains a warren of side streets and back alleys, each packed with an huge selection of restaurants, bars, cafes, singing rooms and dvd bangs.
Shillim is famed for it's sundae, which is of varying quality and contains a self described Sundae Maul (sic), a small street packed with sundae restaurants. To get their from exit 4, walk straight for about 70 meters and you will see a sign pointing down a side street to the left
