Commonly used in restaurants when ordering: "비빔밥 하나 하고 소주 한병 주세요." ("Please give me one Bibimbap and one bottle of Soju.").
Opposite of 받다.

Example: "네 생일 이어서 선물을 주고 십습니다."
("It's your birthday, so I want to give you a present."
