죽은 놈의 발바닥 같다 -- Like the sole of a dead man's foot.

This saying is used to describe someone who is cold and stiff. However in North Korea, it is used to describe how cold the floor is. (뻣뻣하고 싸늘함을 비유적으로 이르는 말; 북한어로 바닥이 싸늘함을 비유적으로 이르는 말.)
