Jjajangmyeon

짜장면 (jjah-jang-myeon)

Noodles in a black jjajang sauce, mostly served in Chinese restaurants. It is traditionally shared on Black Day by single people. Its origins come from the Northern Chinese dish, Zhajiang mian.
