This is the Sino-Korean form of the pure-Korean word 일곱. It is preceded by the number 육 and followed by 팔.

Usage:

• 칠대양 the Seven Seas
• 칠뜨기 a fool
• 칠변형 a heptagon
• 칠요일 the seven days of the week
