Ajosshi

An ajosshi, sometimes spelled adjeossi or other variants, is the Korean word for a middle-aged man. The female equivalent is ajumma and, just like that word, it carries many connotations -- some positive and some negative. It's certainly one of the Korean words which pretty much every expat knows.
