Anapji (안압지, 雁鴨池) is an artificial pond in Gyeongju National Park in the city of Gyeongju in the province of Gyeongsangbuk-do. It was part of the palace complex of the Shilla dynasty, and was constructed by order of King Munmu in 674 AD. The pond is situated at the northeast edge of the Banwolseong palace site, in central Gyeongju, just across the street from the street entrance to the Seokbinggo and Gyerim Forest sites. It contains three small islands.
After the fall of Shilla, the pond fell into disrepair for many centuries. The Donghae Nambu Line railroad was constructed along the edge of the pond in the early 20th century. The pond was dredged and re-built in 1974, with three buildings reconstructed, as part of a general program of restoration and excavation of Gyeongju-area relics. A large number of relics were retrieved from the pond, many of which are now exhibited in a special gallery of the Gyeongju National Museum.
Admission to the pond is 1,000 won.
