Annam-myeon (안남면, 安南面, peaceful.south.myeon) is located on the north bank of the Geumgang in Okcheon-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do. To its south is Okcheon-eup and Dongi-myeon. On the east is Cheongseong-myeon. To the west and north is Annae-myeon. There's a short northeastern border, less than one kilometer, shared with Boeun-gun's Samseung-myeon.
