 Colored fountains in Central Park. The Anyang Festival (안양시민축제, 安養市民祝祭) has been held annually since 1973 in the city of Anyang in Central Park, Anyang Art Park, and on the street which runs past Anyang City Hall. The second day features a parade, and on the first night a free concert is held in Central Park, where all the fountains in Central Park are given colored lighting. The 2006 Festival ran from October 13 to 15.
