The Baekdudaegan is a mountain range which runs most of the length of the Korean Peninsula, from Baekdu Mountain in the north to Jirisan in the south. It is of enormous importance in Korean traditional thought. Much of its length corresponds with the conventional Taebaek and Sobaek ranges.
