Beer (맥주) is about as popular a drink as the native soju, with several major domestic breweries producing a range of brands, and many imported brands are available as well. Bars typically offer draft beer in 500-, 1,000-, and 2,000-cc sizes with bottles also available. Popular local breweries are Hite, which is number one in market share, OB, Cass, Cafri, and there some microbrews as well including Bausen Bräu and Castle Praha. Popular and easily available imports include Budweiser, Guiness, Sapporo, and Asahi.
