Bukil-myeon Movie Village

Bukil-myeon Movie Village is located in Jangseong county, Jeollanam-do. The old-fashioned, traditional look and feel lends itself well to movies. It has been the filming location for a number of movies, including Taebaek Mountains, Scent of Love, and The Harmonium in my Memory.

The village and the county is frequently employed in the movie business, in no small part because famed director Im Kwon-taek was born in Jangseong.
