The subway in Busan is the second-largest in the country after that of Seoul. It has a total of three lines and approximately 80 or so stations. Line 1 is 32.5 km long, and lines 2 and 3 are 40 km and 18.3 km long respectively.
Costs on the subway in Busan still reflect that in Seoul before the system changed to one based on distance: in Busan the subway costs 900 won for a trip under 10 km, and for those that exceed that, 1000 won.
