The CNN Live/Business Bar is located approximately 100 meters from Sarang Hospital, on Oryu 1(il)-gil and a little north of Gongyeongno between a hotel and a GS25 market and the town square.
It is noteworthy because the CNN Bar is featured prominently on street signs around town. It uses the CNN logo on its signs outside, on its tables and signs inside, and even on a few cups. However, the CNN bar does not show CNN (Cable News Network) on its monitors. The hostesses of the bar do not seem to be aware of what CNN means either.
The irony of this situation is not lost on visiting foreigners.
