Camp Walker

Camp Walker is a US army base located in Nam-gu, Daegu, Korea. Located in the vicinity of Daegu's other 2 bases, Camp George and Camp Henry, Camp Walker's major tenants include the 36th Signal Battalion and the 168th Medical Battalion.

Camp Walker was named after Lt. Gen. Walton A. Walker, who was the commanding general of the 8th US Army from 1948, until he was killed in a jeep accident in 1950.
