Cellphone Street in Daegu, or locally known in Korean as "Tohng-Shin Gohl-mohk" (통신골목), is alive with lights, advertisements, blaring music, and cellphone stands, along with hustling sales stuff trying to lure new business in.
[edit] Directions
- From Exit 12 of Banwoldang Station, turn left and walk down the small road leading into downtown, once at the KFC, follow down the road to the left side of KFC (if facing KFC). This is Cellphone Street.
- Another way is to walk south on Dongseongno from Burger King and the water fountain. Once at the end, look for the KFC to your left and walk down the street to the left of it.
