The Center for Women's Human Rights (여성인권중앙지원센터), established on November 25, 2005, was founded by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family and Supporter's for Women's Human Rights following the passage of the Prostitution Prevention Act of 2004. The Center began publishing a quarterly newsletter in the spring of 2006.
