Walk east from the downtown water fountain towards the Samdeok area. Take your 3rd left and look for the restaurant on the left. Alternatively, if coming from Samdeok Police Station, cross the street into downtown and take your 2nd right and look for the restaurant on the left. It will be located on the 5th floor of the building next to the undergound parking entrance at the February 18 Memorial Park.
