Cheers is a bar in Songtan on about the middle of the Sinjang Shopping Mall near Osan Air Base. It's a fairly large, clean place with a laidback atmosphere even on a Friday or Saturday night, and like many Songtan bars there's free pool and darts. It's on the second floor of the building across from Sawatdee; you can't miss the big sign that says "Where Everybody Knows Your Name".
