Cheongwansan Provincial Park

Cheongwansan Provincial Park (천관산도립공원) is located in Jangheung county, Jeollanam-do. The centerpiece of the park is Cheongwansan, a mountain that reaches 723 meters in height. Legend has it that "It is where General Yu-Sin Kim, the initiator of Shilla Unification and the hero of Korean history, fell in love with a singing and dancing girl Cheongwannyeo" [1]. Other notable places include Cheongwansa temple and Cheongwansan Reed Festival.
