Congdu Pasta is an Italian restaurant in Insadong which is very vegetarian-friendly, though it has a few meat dishes as well. The course menu comes with bread, plenty of vegetable dishes, and an entree of asparagus and mushroom over a tofu steak; dessert is tofu ice cream and your choice of tea or coffee. The course costs 36,000 won plus a 10% value-added tax.
It's open from noon to 10:00 pm daily. To get there, head out Anguk Station exit 1, walk ahead for a bit until you can make a right at Pungmun Girls High School, and make a left at the intersection by the Art Sonje Center. Walk straight, turn right at the car lane, walk ahead again and you should find it on your left.
