Crystal Jade Palace is an international chain of Chinese restaurants with one location in Seoul. It's fairly expensive but authentic and high-quality. The restaurant is open for lunch from 11 am to 3 pm (dimsum is only served at this time) and for dinner from 6 to 10 pm. To get there, go to the first floor of the Grand Intercontinental Seoul near Samseong Station.
