Daap-myeon is one of six myeon that help comprise Gwangyang city, Jeollanam-do. It has an area of 63.63 square kilometers and a population of 2,469.

  • A regionally well-known plum field has been used as background for KBS dramas Love Song of Apricots and First Love, and for the movies The Last Witness and Bukgyeongbanjeom.
