Daegu-myeon is an administrative division of Gangjin county, Jeollanam-do. It is east of, and across the Gangjin Bay from, Gangjin-eup, the county seat. Recent of 2003 it has a population of 1692 [1]. It is notable for the celadon kilns in the area.
