The Roman Catholic Diocese of Andong is a suffragan diocese of the Archdiocese of Daegu. It was established on 29 May 1969. Its cathedral is the Mokseong-dong Cathedral in Andong.

The overall population of the diocese has been reduced by half since it was formed, but the number of Catholics has increased from 1.6% of the total population in 1970.
