Doenjang jjigae

Doenjang jjigae (된장찌개), sometimes spelled dwenjang jjigae, is a stew (jjigae) made with soybean paste (doenjang) and ginger, shellfish, tofu, and assorted vegetables usually including onion and zucchini. It can taste quite different depending on whether it's made from a bean base or a shellfish base.
