Dolsot bibimbap (돌솥비빔밥) is regular bibimbap (mixed vegetables served on rice with gochujang) served in a dolsot (hot pot) with a sunny-side egg on top. Almost as popular a dish as bibimbap, the pot tends to burn the rice on the bottom and sides to a crisp. Don't worry about scraping the rice off to prevent this -- the smokey taste and the texture of burnt rice under your spoon are as much part of the dish as the stringy vegetables and gochujang.
This dish is a good for meat-free diets, and the egg that is often placed on top can usually be removed before stirring.
