Dubu kimchi (두부김치) or Dubu kimchi bokkum - Fried kimchi with plain tofu slices, usually with some pork as well. Often served as anju. Those with wheat allergies should be aware that the tofu may be dredged in wheat flour before frying (One can ask them to use egg instead; often they will anyway...) Vegetarians should ask for it with no meat as it can easily be made vegetarian.
