Euncheok-myeon

Euncheok-myeon (은척면, ) is a myeon in Sangju-shi, Gyeongsangbuk-do. On its west and north sides are Mungyeong-shi's Nongam-myeon and Gaeun-eup. To the east are Ian-myeon and Gonggeom-myeon. On the south can be found Oiseo-myeon.

  • Area: 53.93 sq. kms.
  • Population: 1,913 people.

The Industrialization Research Park for Oriental Medical Resources [1] is located here, in Namgong-ni. Started in 2003, it is designed to have a herbal medicine village, condos, and recreational facilities.
