Festival is a bar in Sinchon. It is located on the fifth floor of a large building, each floor being a different bar. Festival is famous for the owner's dog "파우," a large white dog who lives at the bar, though he is often sleeping under a table and is known to bite if aggravated.

Take Sinchon Station exit 2 and walk straight past the intersection. Turn left in front of the Adidas store and walk straight. After the first intersection (with balloon darts games and usually guys trying to get you to go to their bar) keep walking Festival will be on the left.
