Wiki.Galbijim is the Korean deep resource project of the larger Galbijim project. The goal of the wiki is to build out enough English information on living, working, and travelling in Korea to better serve English-speakers.
As of April 6, 2007, the wiki has reached over 7,965 pages, 35,495 edits, and 1,118,014 page views, since we launched on November 23, 2005. That comes to 2.08 average edits per page, and 31.50 views per edit.
A nostalgic example of article evolution can seen by viewing the original founders' and sysops' first articles, compared to what they have blossomed into now, through the help of our expanding community:
- On Nov 23, 2005, Mithridates started off with a sentence on Seoul to where our current Seoul article is currently at.
We're over halfway to our benchmark of 10,000 articles and we're hoping that you can be a part of this fun and creative community, as well.
