Geochang Library (거창도서관) is located in Geochang. From the rotary, go north until you get to the next big intersection and turn left. Follow until you see the school on your right and Family Mart on your left. The library is the building that is diagonally across for the Family Mart.
The library is open from Tuesday to Sunday. They don't have any English literature, however, they have a multimedia center with a few dozen PCs that have internet access. The PCs are free for use, if you have a Korean national ID. So, you'll need to borrow one from a Korean friend or co-worker in order to use it. The PC use is limited to an hour, but can be extended by 60 minute increments up to to maximum of 3 hours. After which, your Korean ID will not be able to use any computer in the multimedia center until the next day.
