Ggakddugi (깍뚜기) is a type of kimchi made from cubes of mu (무, lobak, big fat white radishes). Sometimes it is made in larger pieces which are placed on the table with scissors - the diners can cut up the amount desired. It is probably the second most common type of kimchi, after the regular nappa cabbage variety.
Also sometimes spelled kkakddugi, gakdugi, kkakttugi, kaktugi, kaktuki, gaktugi, etc.
