Giran-myeon (길안면) (吉安面) is a myeon in Andong-shi, Gyeongsangbuk-do. It consists of thirteen villages or ri (里). On its west is Uiseong-gun's Oksan-myeon. To its south lies Cheongsong-gun's Hyeonseo-myeon. On the east is can be found Cheongsong-gun's Andeok-myeon and Pacheon-myeon. The northern boundary is shared with Imdong-myeon and Imha-myeon.
