Gosari-namul

고사리나물 (gosari-namul)

A kind of fern called a fiddlehead that's been washed, dried, pan-fried, and then tossed together into the form of a small salad with sesame oil, garlic, soy sauce, and chopped green onions. A common banchan dish with Korean buddhist monks, but can be found throughout Korean restaurant culture.
