Gwangyang City Hall is located on a large complex between Sicheongap-gil and Jungdongno, with a large parking lot and open space. It is very easy to spot from Junmajungangno, Baegumo, and Jungma Market. The post office is next door and emergency services are a block away.

Occasional demonstrations in the morning have been known to occur.
