The Water Scent Arboretum, which opened on May 4, 2006, is located just across the street from Osan College Station, in Sucheon-dong of Osan. Construction began in 2000, with an approximately $7 million investment resulting in a sprawling 100,000 pyeong-sized arboretum withmapproximate 1,600 types of plants and trees, a topiary garden, bonsai garden, insectarium, a "folk art trees" park, auditorium, a small hedge maze, greenhouses, and several nice picnic spots. Visitors can bring in whatever food or drinks they like, so long as they take all their trash out with them; no concessions are sold by the park but there are some vendors just outside the entrance.

- Hours: The park is open from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm; closed on Mondays but open for national holidays.
- Admission: 1,000 won for adults, 700 for teens and those in the military, and 500 for children.
