Helping Hands Korea is a non-profit dedicated to the human rights situation in North Korea. Founded by the Reverand Tim Peters in 1996, the Christian organization operates the "Seoul Train", a network of people who seek to smuggle defecting North Koreans to other countries safely. It's a dangerous enterprise and members of the organizations are sometimes arrested; it is not known precisly what punishments they receive.
More routine activities include publications about the crisis and testifying before the American Congress.
