Hoa Binh (호아빈) is a chain of Vietnamese restaurants. They mainly offer pho soups, of which they have quite a variety, as well as some fried rice and noodle dishes. Among the appetizers, the 수도 buns are vegetarian; there are several vegetarian entrees, including the bibimmyeon, but the pineapple fried rice -- served up inside a hollowed-out pineapple-- has ham unmentioned on the menu.
