Hoebuk-myeon (회북면, 懷北面) is located in Boeun-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do. To its south lies Hoenam-myeon. To its east one may find Suhan-myeon and Naebuk-myeon. On the north the boundary is shared with Cheongwon-gun's Gadeok-myeon, and on the west is that gun's Munui-myeon.

Population in 1998 was 2,924. The number of deaths was more than twice the number of births.
