It should be noted that although we have a list of english-speaking hospitals, that's not to suggest that all other hospitals are devoid of english speakers. Korean doctors have been trained with english-based procedures and medical literature and many also study and train abroad. So if you are in an emergency and need to go to a hospital nearest you, it's more than likely that someone there can help you with passible english.
