Cellphones can be rented from several booths at Incheon International Airport, or from the SK Networks office in Jongno-gu. The price is 3,000 won per day with a call fee of around 400 per minute. If you lose the phone you must pay for its replacement, probably around 300,000.

To rent a phone you need only present some identification, such as a passport or Alien Registration Card, and a valid credit card. Phones are available with menus in Korean, English, Chinese, or Japanese.
