Hwanam-myeon is a myeon of Sangju-shi, Gyeongsangbuk-do. On the west border lies Boeun-gun's Naesongni-myeon and Maro-myeon. On the south is Hwadong-myeon. To the east is found Hwaseo-myeon. The northern boundary is shared with Hwabuk-myeon.

• Buses: Local service from Sangju, and buses to Boeun go there.
• Car: Highway 25 runs through this myeon, as does Road No. 49.
• Train: Nearest station is at Sangju.
