Hwanggan-myeon (황간면, 黃澗面) is a myeon in Yeongdong-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do. It consists of fourteen villages or ri (里). On its west are Yongsan-myeon and Yeongdong-eup. To its north one finds Sangju-shi's Moseo-myeon and Modong-myeon. The eastern boundary is shared with Chupungnyeong-myeon and Maegok-myeon. On the south is Sangchon-myeon.

• Train: Hwanggan Station provides railroad access to Daejeon or Daegu.
• Road: Expressway No. 1 runs through this myeon, as does Highway 4 and roads 49, 514 and 901.
• Bus: Buses between Yeongdong and Gimcheon stop here.
