Ian-myeon (이안면) (利安面) is a myeon in Sangju-shi, Gyeongsangbuk-do. To its east is Hamchang-eup. To its south is Gonggeom-myeon. On its west is Euncheok-myeon. On its north is Mungyeong-shi's Gaeun-eup and the dongs of Jeomchon.

- Bus: Local buses traveling between Jeomchon and Nongam stop here. Also take local buses from Sangju Bus Terminal.
- Car: Highway 3 and the No. 45 Expressway pass through this myeon, as does Road 32.
- Trains: The tracks pass through this myeon, but the nearest station is at Hamchang.
