Il Primo (일프리모) is an Italian restaurant in Sinchon, often reputed to be the best in the city. English is on the menu but not spoken. The restaurant is open daily from 11 am to 11 pm; the dress code is described as "smart casual".

Directions
To get there, go out Sinchon Station exit 3, take your 3rd right and walk 4-5 minutes to the end of the street, before it veers to the right. You'll see the restaurant on the left side on the second floor.
