Immigration (출입국관리소, 出入國管理所) is the place one must go to obtain visas, Alien Registration Cards, among other services that apply to foreigners instead of Korean nationals.

There is an office in Suwon and Uijeongbu.

The office in Daegu is in the North East area in a place called Bangchon-dong, very close to Dongchon train station. Have a look at this map of north east Daegu and you'll see the station, but not the immigration office.
