The Indian Culture and Art Festival is held annually at the Gwangju Indian Museum in Ullim-dong, Gwangju city. In 2007 the festival was held from May 11 to May 20, and included exhibitions on religion, food, yoga, and other facets of Indian culture. A temple stay at Daewonsa in Boseong county was also offered.

The nearest subway station is quite far, so it's better to either take a taxi or use buses 9, 35, 50, 51, 54, or 76.
