Irwol-myeon (일월면) (日月面) is a myeon in Yeongyang-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do. It consists of eleven villages or ri (里). Ilwol-myeon is bounded on the west by Cheonggi-myeon, on the northwest by Bonghwa-gun's Jaesan-myeon, on the north and east by Subi-myeon, and on the south by Yeongyang-eup.
